Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of clasify.fi and purchases made from Olli Toivanen, an individual entrepreneur trading under the Clasify brand.

Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in euros (EUR). The seller is not registered for VAT, so VAT is not charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment has been received and an order confirmation has been sent.

Pre-orders and delivery
Products may be sold through pre-order. The current pre-order closes on 6 September 2026 at 23:59 (Europe/Helsinki). Manufacturing begins after the pre-order period closes. Clasify expects to dispatch customer pre-orders during 19–23 October 2026. This is an estimated dispatch period, not a guaranteed delivery date. Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. We will notify affected customers if the timetable changes materially.

Product information
We aim to display product colours, measurements and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing.

Intellectual property
Content, trademarks and designs on clasify.fi are owned by or licensed to Olli Toivanen, trading under the Clasify brand, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumer disputes may be submitted to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
