Shipping Policy

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are received.

Pre-orders

Clasify may sell products through pre-order. The current pre-order closes on 6 September 2026 at 23:59 (Europe/Helsinki).

Manufacturing begins after the pre-order period closes. Clasify expects to dispatch customer pre-orders during 19–23 October 2026. This is an estimated dispatch period, not a guaranteed delivery date.

We will notify affected customers by email as soon as possible if the timetable changes materially.

Shipping methods and costs

Available shipping methods and their prices are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available, the tracking link will be included.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping and contact details provided with the order are correct.
